Natera is betting that sponsoring pink-ribbon 5k runs will help raise awareness of its minimal residual disease tests. Separately, Natera announced a collaboration with Angiex on antibody-drug conjugates for solid tumors.
Through an expanded partnership with with Susan G. Komen, announced Aug. 28, Natera will help expand breast cancer awareness and education by serving as the 2026 Premier National Series Sponsor of the “Race for the Cure” and “More Than Pink Walk” events. Natera will also continue supporting patient education initiatives.
Financial and other terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“Our growing partnership with Susan G. Komen reflects Natera’s commitment to advancing science with urgency and ensuring that meaningful innovations reach the patients and clinicians who need them most,” Minetta Liu, chief medical officer of oncology and early cancer detection at Natera, said in a statement.
Under the Angiex collaboration, announced Aug. 27, Natera will provide longitudinal Signatera testing to track circulating tumor DNA during a Phase 1 trial of AGX101 treatment, a TM4SF1-directed ND-ADC designed to bind TM4SF1 and deliver a cytotoxic payload to both tumor cells and tumor-associated endothelial cells.
“This collaboration will allow us to evaluate whether longitudinal ctDNA measurements can complement imaging and improve our understanding of treatment response,” Angiex CEO and Cofounder Paul Jaminet said in a statement.
Natera joins Abbott as a run and walk race sponsor. Abbott is title sponsor of the World Marathon Majors, which includes the New York City, London, Boston, Tokyo, and Berlin marathons, among other races.
